Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent a disposable bed linen and towels kit consisting of bed sheets, a pillow case and a towel for an extra charge of EUR 10 per kit. Please note that when traveling with dogs, an extra fee of 10€ per dog per stay is required. The property only accepts dogs upon request and the maximum size is 7 kilos. Payable on site and only dogs weighing less than 7 kg are allowed. Guests who do not declare and request permission for their dog in advance may not be accepted upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the stay for noncompliance with the booking conditions without compensation or refund if this is the case. Regarding the rules concerning dogs. The customer must be aware of and accept the following rules: - Dogs must not be left alone in the flat. - The dog owner is responsible for any damage caused. - The dog owner must bring the dog's bowl(s) and bedding. - Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds unless the dog owner brings a blanket. If these rules are not followed, the tenant may be charged additional fees in order to respect other current and future tenants in the building.
